This is a very important election. The race for the middle ground means, more than ever before, that the two major parties offer little that's significantly different. Tweedledum and Tweedledee no less!
This is a shocking state of affairs. Who do we vote for? We would argue that neither Labor nor Liberal really deserves to form government; but, ultimately, one of them will.
What can you do? Make sure that the Senate doesn't become a rubber stamp. The last time the government held a Senate majority we got Work Choices. If the Green's hold the balance of power who knows what might happen?
